Choco-nut Pancake Sandwich

A fun twist on Pancakes!!! 🙂

My Kids helped me come up with the idea to make mini pancake sandwiches with Chocolate combination. 

Ingredients

4 mini Pancakes

Chocolate Spread/ Nutella (plain/ nut mix)- I used hazelnut mix

pistachio crushed

Method

It’s very Simple!

I spread a little chocolate/ Nutella and sprinkled some pistachio crushed in between 2 of the pancakes and served.

Repeat the same with the other 2 pancakes.. you can stuff the mini pancakes with fruits also in between (whatever you like).  Eat n Enjoy! 🙂
