Ingredients

1 Egg

1 cup boiled brown rice

Garam Masala/ Cumin powder/pepper/ Chicken stock powder ( your choice)- to sprinkle

Oil & Salt as required

 

For tempering

1 tsp mustard seed

1 dry red chilli

curry leaves.

 

Method

Whisk egg n salt in a small bowl.

Heat oil in a fry pan, temper mustard seed, red chilli n curry leaves.  Then pour egg mixture, scramble few minutes (not too dry) at this point add boiled brown rice n salt . until egg cooks well. Then sprinkle powder (Garam Masala/ Cumin powder/pepper/ Chicken stock powder). Serve hot with some veggies/ chicken gravy. It’s perfect for kids!!!
