Easy Granola Bars, doesn’t require baking!

Chewy, no-bake, honey-sweetened granola bars made with simply Oats, nuts…..a naturally delicious dream bar, and move on with the rest of my life. 🙂

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Rolled Oats

1 cup Corn flakes/ Rice cereals

1/4 cup Crushed Almonds/ Hazelnuts/pistachios

1/4 cup Dried black kismis/ cranberries/berries

3/4 cup Chocolate chips

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

4 tbsp Butter

1/3 cup Honey

3 tbsp maple syrup/ corn syrup

1/2 cup brown sugar

 

Method

In a bowl mix together all dry ingredients and keep aside.

In medium sauce pan , add butter, honey,corn syrup and sugar, and heat on medium until sugar dissolves.

Add vanilla and Stir well , cool the mixture.

Mix together syrup and Oats mixture and Pour it in a greased pan. Leave untouched for 30 minutes/ You can keep it in the refrigerator. Then cut it into bars.
